Tipping Point Work-in-Progess at Arnolfini

I have spent a few weeks at Arnolfini as part of their Warehouse Residency programme, working on my new audio-visual installation, Tipping Point. It has been an amazing luxury to have prolonged access to their fantastic gallery spaces to set the piece up and be able to put on a work-in-progress performance, using the installation like a musical instrument for the first time. It was invaluable to have this ‘early’ deadline and to receive some useful feedback from a receptive audience. Read more about Tipping Point here, and explore the blog of how the work was developed here.

A Cryptic commission for Sonica, Tipping Point is a collaboration with John Rowden at the Scientific Glass Workshop in the School of Physics at the University of Bristol with software designed by Matthew Olden.

Some pictures from the work set up at Arnolfini.
