Just back from New York, performing a collaborative piece with Daniel Skoglund at the Issue Project Room, Brooklyn as part of the Swedish Energies festival. We made a special New York edition of our piece Palimpsest using sounds and images gathered during our stay. Daniel played his amazing ‘desktop’ graphite sequencers – making sounds from pencil drawings – see these in action here. I  put some mini live cameras on Daniel’s sequencers, and also made a new maxMSP ‘video sequencer’ patch to rhythmically move between highlighting different parts of photographs taken mainly of Brooklyn bridge.
